Preferred Title & Guaranty Agency, Inc. was founded in November 1967 by Frank Farkas Sr. (1936 - 1994). It is considered one of the largest independent title insurance agencies in Central Ohio. As a full service agency, our only business is title insurance and Real Estate Closing services. Our customers include home buyers and sellers, attorneys, builders, developers, lenders, and Real Estate brokers. We are the first agency in the area to own and operate a fully integrated computer system. Our system is capable of handling all phases of the closing process -- from order entry, commitment typing, escrow accounting to the insurance of the final policy.
